Return Policy
OMFarmers.com is committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you encounter any issues with misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please file a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. Likewise, for packages lost during transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. Errors attributed to OMFarmers will be corrected at our expense.
Should you or your customers notice a problem with the products or any other aspect of the order, please submit a problem report right away. Our default return address is tied to our distribution facility, and an automated email will notify you upon receipt of a returned shipment. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity after 30 days. If a different return address is used, you assume responsibility for any returned shipments received there.
Address Issues - Shipments returned due to an insufficient address provided by you or your end customer will result in you being responsible for the reshipment costs, once an updated address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Shipments - If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Non-Registered Accounts - If you have not registered an account on OMFarmers.com and added a payment method, any unclaimed or returned orders will be donated to charity, with no refunds issued on our part.
Health & Safety - Due to health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns on sealed goods like face masks. These items will be disposed of, and no reshipment will be available.
Customer Returns - We recommend that your customers reach out to you before initiating any returns. OMFarmers.com does not provide refunds for buyer's remorse. Any product returns or size exchanges are at your discretion and expense.
Brazilian Customers - According to local laws, customers residing in Brazil who wish to return an item must contact our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days after receiving it and provide a picture of the item for evaluation.
EU Consumer Notification - As per EU regulations, certain goods are not eligible for the right of withdrawal, including:

Sealed items that were unsealed after delivery, rendering them unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons
